All orders are processed and dispatched within the 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched and shipped the same day. 
 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders shipped within Australia will take up to 2-6 business days to arrive via standard delivery. All express orders however, will take 1-3 business days once orders have been shipped. Please note that these are just estimated time of arrivals.

Standard Shipping (2-6 Business Days) FREE for all orders $60 or more, $8.95 standard shipping fee for orders under $60.

Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days) FREE for all orders $75 or more, $10.75 express shipping fee for orders under $75. 
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are now currently delivering to Canada and the United States.  
All international orders will take up to 6-12 business days to arrive via standard delivery.  All express orders however, will take up to 2-4 business days once orders have been shipped. Please note that these are just estimated times of arrivals.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is packed and shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.

If by chance you are not home at the time of the delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe and secure place if deemed safe by the delivery driver. If they do not believe it is safe to leave, you will be left a card as your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post Office.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND POLICY

 All prices are in Australian Dollar (AUD); therefore, your order total will be displayed in AUD at checkout as well as your order confirmation emails and invoices. 

Please take note that you may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. You are responsible for any additional customs taxes/fees that may occur. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware. We do however advise you check with your local authorities prior to completing the order. 

Furthermore, once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for uncollected parcels or unsuccessful attempts of delivery. Please contact Australian Post if you are having issues with your deliveries. Moreover, we are not liable for any delays due to custom procedures, climate conditions or circumstances out of our control.
